- 2 tbspn Oil
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 1 tbspn vinegar
- 1 tbspn Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce(chilli sauce)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2,3 tbspn water
- 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
- For Stir Fried Vegetable And Noodles.
- 1 tbspn Oil
- 1 tbspn Julienne cut ginger
- 1/2 cup Julienne Carrots
- 1 cup Julienne cut Band gobhi
- 1/2 cup capsicum slices
- 2 tbspn Soya sauce
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 200 gm boiled egg noodles(boiled according to package directions)
- For Mayo Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbspn hot sauce(Chilli sauce)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Rice
- 1/2 rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbspn Oil
- For Tarka
- 2 tbspn Oil
- Green chillies (as desired)
- Garlic slices (as desired)
- Red chilli flakes (as desired)
Steps to make to make Singaporean Rice 👌
- To make chicken gravy, heat oil and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until chicken changes color. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, red chili, black pepper and mix well. Add hot sauce, ketchup and little water and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Dish out
- In the same pan, add oil and all vegetables Add soya sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Add boiled egg noodles and toss. Add olive oil,Toss well and dish out in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix all Mayo sauce ingredient and pour in a sauce bottle. Set aside.
- Cook 2 cups of rice with 1 tsp of salt and set aside.
- Fry garlic slices and green chili slices and set side.

- For Assembling..
In a serving dish, spread a layer of rice on the dish. Add second layer of stir fried vegetables with noodles, than third layer of chicken gravy. Add mayo sauce and fried garlic and green chilies as top layer.
