- 600 g Sela Rice
- As per taste Salt
- 600 g Chicken
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Worcestershir sauce
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 packet Malai boti masala
- 15 g Carrot
- 15 gm or 1 whole chopped Capsicum
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2-3 Green Chili
- 1 Tomato
- Noodles
Instructions to make to make Singaporean Rice
- Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add Sela Rice, water and soak for 2-3 hrs Cut all vegetables


- 2- In a pot, add water, cooking oil (as needed), salt and boil it
3- Now, add soaked Sela Rice and boil it
- 4- In another bowl, add salt, black pepper powder (1 tsp) cooking oil (1 tbsp) ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp) and all sauces yogurt and malai boti masala



- Now add chiken in it.n marinate for 30 min



- Take oil n add chopped onion in another pot. fry till translucent. add marinated chicken cook for 5-8,min in high flame till chiken become soften



- Take vegetables in another pot add all sauces n salt n light fry it

- Boil Noodles by adding salt n ghee on water



- Take rice n boil it by adding salt n lemon juice drops


- Now present in a plate..its ready to eat..
