- Add required water.

- Check after 40 minutes,boneless beefboti and chana dal will be almost cooked.
- Now take out mixture from pateli,let it cool.
- Add all mixture into chopper.
- Chopped well
- When all mixture chopped done.
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves.

- Add 2 beaten eggs.

- Gently mix eggs and a make a round shape of kababs.

- Fry it into oil or freeze it.
