- 1 tbsp cumin seed

- 1 tbsp pepper corns
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 black cardamom
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/4 bunch mint leaves
- 5 green chillies
- 3 Eggs
- To taste Salt

- In a cooker, add water,mutton mince,salt,onion,coriander seed, cumin seed,turmeric powder, black pepper corns, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom,red chilli, ginger garlic paste and Bengal gram.Bring it to boiling point.
- Close the cooker and cook till the mutton becomes tender and water dries completely. Keep it aside to cool down.
- Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies in a blender and add mince mixture and grind it again.
- Add eggs to it and mix everything together. Apply oil in ur hand and make kabab.
- Heat oil in a pan,shallow fry the kabab on both sides.
