- 250 g Yogurt
- 3-4 Tbsp Salt or For Taste
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
Steps to make to make Matar Pulao
- Heat the clarified Buter in a pot, then add ginger garlic paste, green chili paste,



- And fry it for 1-2 mints, then add cumin seeds, cinnamon,



- Black pepper, brown cardamom, green cardamom,



- Cloves, star anise and bay leaves,



- Now cook it for 2-3 mints then add peas and lemon slices,



- Cook for 3-4 mints then add yogurt, mix well



- Now add salt and potatoes, mix well and cook for 2-3 mints



- Now add water and bring it to boil,



- Now add soaked rice then add water if need, water should be grated than rice to 1 inch, now cook it on high flame, when 50% water become dry add vinegar,



- When water become dry 98% then cover it and give it gam for 8-10 mints,


- Now dish out it and serve it with tomato chutney and green raita.
