  14. 1/2 cup oil
  15. 1 cup rice
  16. 5 cloves
  17. 2 green cardamom
  18. 4 Curry leave
  19. 1 stick cinnamon
  20. 4 black pepper
  21. 2 tbsp oil
  22. 2 tbsp vinegar
  23. 1/4 TSP yellow food color
  24. 1/4 cup milk
  25. 1 tomato
  26. 1 lemon
  27. 3 green chillies

Steps to make to make Mutton biryani

  1. Wash meat add water and salt in pin and add meat in it put it on stove and cook it until meat tenders 90%
  2. Then separate meat and stock if there is any
  3. Sliced onions,in pot add sliced onions boiled meat ginger garlic paste
  4. Mutton stock(you can use water also if you don't have stock) and cook it on medium flame also add tomatoes and red chilli powder
  5. In yoghurt add jalfil jawtri powder coriander powder turmeric y
  6. Chilli flakes and cumin powder mix well
  7. Add youghrt into mutton,cook it also add biryani masala
  8. Cook until oil separate and qorma becomes dry
  9. In milk mix yellow food color
  10. Soak rice for 30 minutes
  11. In pot add 4 cups water vinegar salt Curry leave green cardamom cloves black pepper,and bring water to boil
  12. When water start boiling add rice and boil them until 80% done
  13. In pot first make layer of qorma then rice similarly make 2nd layer
  14. Put sliced tomatoes lemon and green chillies,also add milk and it on dum for 10 to 15 minutes
  15. Biryani is ready
  16. Serve it with salad and raita
