- 2 Bananas (186g)
- 100 g Total 0% Yoghurt
- 1 Small Egg
- 50 g Porridge Oats
- 100 g Oat Bran (or oat flour)
- 15 g Plain Brown Rice Protein Powder (Optional)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps to make to make Prune & Banana Slices
- Place prunes in juice, chopped bananas, yoghurt and egg into a bowl.
- Whisk these wet ingredients together until blended well (I used an electric whisk)
- Add all the dry ingredients and vanilla essence.
If you have a spice or coffee grinder you could use this to make the oat bran into a finer flour if you wish. (I floured 50g of the oat bran and left the other 50g and oats whole to keep some texture). - Mix all ingredients together and pour into a brownie tin.
Cook on 180c for 20 mins.
Allow to cool, cut into 10.
I think they're best cold from the fridge!!
