- Soak the kidney beans overnight and then boil.

- Take a pan. Add oil and then hing and cumin seeds.


- Add onions and cook it till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste.


- Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric, red chilli, green chilli and curd. Mix well and cook.



- Add garam masala and mix well. Cook well till it leaves oil. Add ragma in it and some water. Boil for 15 minutes on medium flame.


- Rajma is ready.

- For rice soak the rice in water for half hour. Take a vessel half fill with water and boil. Add rice in it and cook.



- Rain the excess water. Rice is ready.
