Instructions to make to make Chicken white malai biryani
- Marenat chicken-Take a mixer jar add coriander leaves green chili ginger garlic grind fine past/ take pan add chicken add grind paste curd salt paper pawder white pepper pawder coriander l pawder cumin powder garammasala pawder chat masala mix well and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours



- Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry golden brown and keep aside/ take mixer jar add almond cashewnut poppy seeds grind fine past keep aside



- Take oil pan and fry potato and keep aside- sam oil pan and cumin seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom bayleaf star anees stir add marenat chicken stir fry to cook



- Now add half brown onion stir fry add almond cashewnut poppy seeds paste stir fry to cook and add coriander mint leaves 3 green chili stir add cream stir and flame off



- Take a pan add water and add salt 1tbs oil coriander mint leaves after boil add rice and cook 80 % and drain water



- Now arrange lyar rice and chicken and top lyar casar milk and lemon juice coriander leaves and fry potatoes pieces rose water and lemon color and keep slow flame for 15minutes with lid



- Now transfer into serving plate



- Now serve with curd raita
