Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Phodnicha Bhaat:
- 2 cups boiled basmati rice
- 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 /2 tsp dhania jeera powder
- Salt to taste as required
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 3-4 pieces garlic cloves chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- Finely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish
- Fresh curd to serve as required
Instructions to make to make Phodnicha Bhaat
- Add & mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder dhania jeera powder and salt to prepared boiled basmati rice. Keep aside.


- In cooking pan add heat oil. Do tempering of mustard seeds cumin seeds as splutter add curry leaves, chopped garlic, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.

- Add prepared spice mixed boiled rice. Add salt, roasted peanuts (I roasted in Airfryer). (you can fry/ roast in cooking pan before adding boiled rice.)


- Pour lemon juice, mix gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.

- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Phodnicha Bhaat with Fresh curd.
