    Add salt in idli better then add 1tsp oil pinch baking soda n 1tsp hot water on bk soda n mix very well until better becomes smooth n flippy transfer into idli plate n n put in steamer for 8 to 10 mini n
  3. Now idli is ready to serve transfer into plate serve with sambhar n coconut chatny
