- Wash rice and soak for 1/2hr. Fresh green peas wash and crush.


- Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds add cinemon stick cardamom and bay leaf Saute ginger chilli garlic paste. Saute add chopped onion add chopped tomato. Mix well. Add salt and saute.
- Now add crushed pigeon peas saute for a. min. And add 1glass water. Cover the lid and make 2whistle.release air Immidiately open cooker and add rice turmeric powder cumin coriander powder red chilli powder again make whistle 2-3whistle. Add garam masala. And chopped coriander and ghee mix well. Khichdi is ready.
