  14. 1 tbs biryani masala
  15. 3/4 cup yogurt
  16. Condiments
  17. 2 Big cardamom
  18. 4-5 cloves
  19. 4-5 Green cardamom
  20. Few peppercorns
  21. Assemble
  22. Chopped coriander
  23. 2 tomatoes (cut round)
  24. 5-6 green chilies
  25. Leaf Bay
  26. Salt to taste
  27. Oil

Instructions to make to make Prawns Pulao Biryani

  1. Pour o and make it hot. Add potatoes and onions together with cloves, pepper corns, cumin and cardamoms (big and green). Fry it and wait potatoes get cook and tender. Add tomatoes and fry it more.
  2. Make a masala in a bowl by adding yogurt and all spices. Mix it well and pour it in potatoes and onions. Fry it properly.
  3. After frying 10 mins add washed and clean Prawns.
  4. Fry it and cook.
  5. Once prawns are cooked add coriander chopped and bay leaves. Add water for Rice too
  6. Add chilies and once water starts boiling add soaked Rice
  7. Wait for water to gets dry.
  8. Add more coriander chopped with slices of tomatoes and chilies ❤️
  9. Put it for steam for 10-15 mins on low flame then open it and mix it lightly.
  10. Serve with yogurt salad and Achar.
