- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- few Curry leaves
- for Pomogranate beetroot Curd
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Pomegrante Juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar powder
- As Per Taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Vegetables Masala Khichdi With Pomogranate Curd
- Wash Dal and Rice.
Soak for 1/2hr. - Heat ghee. In a cooker.Crackle Cumin seeds Mustard seeds asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute ginger garlic paste and peanuts.
Now add all vegetables saute for a min.
Add soaked rice and dal. Mix it well. Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala and sugar. Saute for a min. And add 3cup of water. Make 3-4whistle.
