  2. Ab isme piyaz, tamatar, choti hari mirchen, lehsan, adrak dal dein.
  3. Isay itna pakayen k saray vegetables gal k toot jayen.
  4. Ab isme beef add kar k pakayen.
  5. Apne hisab se salt add karden
  6. Ab potato k chote piece kar k salt k pani me bhigo dein.
  7. Ab us yakhni me aloo dal kar gala lein aur itna pani add karen k rice pak jayen.
  8. Basmati rice ko 1-2 hr k liye bhigo dein.
  9. Last me rice ko yahni me dal kar paka lein. 10 min dam par rakhen then flame off karden
