- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 glass India gate classic basmati rice
- to taste Salt
- as needed Pure ghee
- pinch saffron flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 cardamom
- 2 bay leaves
Steps to make to make Biryani
- Chopped all the vegetables in one inch length

- Boil rice separately, drain out the water and keep it aside

- Put pressure cooker, add pure ghee, crackle whole garam masala then add onion and cook then add garlic paste and chopped ginger add spices and cook for some time till it separates oil then add potatoes and other vegetables and cook it openly for five minutes add salt and garam masala then put layers of rice add some ghee and saffron flakes then put another layer of rice and repeat the same process and cover it with a plate and tighten it with dough for Dum.
