  1. Agar ap sela rice le rai hain to use 3 hours pani main dip krden as I am using sela rice here
  2. Now in a buttom pan add oil once oil heat add chopped onion and fry them slighty then add tomato fry them for 2 to 3mins
  3. Now add yogurt ginger garlic paste shan masala pkd...ads green chillies in a blender jar blend blend blend now add this paste aur ise bhi gravy main add krden
  4. Now add potato chicken curry leaves as well fry them slighty then cover it on low to medium flame till chicken done 70%
  5. Ab je lena hai acha khasa bara pateela 😂😂😂 us main dalen 5 litres of water salt and whole spices sabut powder na dal dena behnoo add little amount of vinegar too
  6. Now bring a boil in water then add rice cooked rice on high flame or until when rice done 70% don't over boil ka rice then strainit
  7. Now take pateela again mixed gravy and rice sprinkle cumin seeds mix well add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix again then give a dam around 20 mins on low flame then its done
