  18. 3-4 Green chilies (sabz mirch)
  19. 1/4 cup Fresh coriander(zabz dhania)
  20. 1 tsp Whole Species (garam masala)
  21. 1/2 tspNutmeg & mace powder (jaifil jaivitri powder)

  1. In pot, add oil and onion,saute little. -Add bay leaf,cinnamom stick,black pepper corns,cumin,cloves and black cardamom,saute mix it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  3. Add tomatoes and give it a good mix. Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder,mix it -Now add yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add potatoes (half boiled) and green peas (half boiled),mix it and add water,bring it to boil.
  5. Add rice (soaked for 35-45 mins),mix it and cook on high flame until water dries up. -Add green chilies,fresh coriander,whole spice powder,nutmeg & mace powder,
  6. Cover and simmer for 15minutes. Now Serve with mint chutney & Salad
