  21. 1 tablespoon Whole All Spice Powder:
  22. 1/2 cup Yogurt:
  23. Tomatoes: 3 medium (chopped)
  24. 1/2 cup Cooking Oil:
  25. For Garnishing
  26. Green Chilli: 3 to 4 (chopped)Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch

Instructions to make to make Kofta Biryani

  1. Preparing Koftas Mix all spice ingredients ginger.garlic.onion.green chilli.red chilli powder.coriander roasted chana.bread.with minced meat and grind in a chopper or with a batan grinder.
  2. Now mix egg and store in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. With oily hands, form small meatballs and store in fridge again for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Preparing GravyTo make gravy, pour cooking in pan and heat for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Add all spice powder, ginger garlic paste.red chilli.white cumin when it crackles, add onions and fry to golden brown. add all spices of gravy..
  6. Tomatoes and yogurt and cook until oil is visible.
  7. Add a cup of water and cook until it simmers.
  8. Now put meatballs in gravy and stir pan with cloth and cook until water is dried out.
  9. Add green chilli, green coriander and 4 to 5 cup water.Add rice when boiled and cook covered on medium heat until water is dry.
