- Grind dal and rice to a smooth paste using water (after 7 hrs)

- Mix all in a big bowl and soak

- Grinded paste

- To the portion of batter, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Red chilli powder, salt, dhaniya powder, sugar, cashews and kishmish.
Mix well and let it rest for an hour (minimum)
- Take curd in a bowl and mix soda to it. Mix well so that the fizz arise well.

- Spread this well in a greased tin.

- Over the batter, spread the tempering.
